I did an interview with an IT professional called Chris Shaw on his adult experiences of autism in the workplace and school and how him and his son have been affected. We chatted for AGES (!) and these are some of the questions I asked him:
The reason I interviewed him was to get a different perspective of what it is like living with ASD and the reality of living with the condition as an adult in the workplace. It was nice to hear that there is hope that it does get better as you get older and find your place in the world, and that you're not alone. This interview has opened my eyes to how people other than me cope with this condition, and it has made me ask questions about how you get autism and if it has a genetic component to it.
