Interview on the Swindon PRIDE event, sexuality & gender identity

This month we got to interview Kristian who is Chair of the Swindon PRIDE event. The event is back this August so we wanted to find out what PRIDE is all about, and how it provides a community of support for people during their journey of self-discovery.
Kristian shared some of the lessons he learnt along the way on his sexuality journey, as did his partner Tamsin on her gender identity journey, and they both stressed the same point...
"Whatever your journey, you can't hold it in. You are who you are, and you need to speak to people about it, because bottling it up will only damage your mental health."
