It's been proven in research that its REALLY good for your mental health when you get out and about, visit places and do things, so here are some things that you can try in Swindon (or other places you might live!):

Ice Skating and Trampolining @ Link Centre:
Who doesn't love a bit of frozen fun? Whether you're aiming to become a top skating star or just fancy skating for fun, the Link Centre is one of the "coolest" places in Swindon! You and your mates will have tons of fun flying across the Better Extreme trampoline park, diving into the foam pits, and competing to see who can land the smoothest dunk!

Town Gardens @ Old Town:
Situated in the heart of Swindon, the park is incredibly tranquil with beautiful formal gardens, a stunning bandstand, rose gardens, an aviary next to the fountain and woodland walks perfect for walking the dogs! It’s a place to meet mates, chill and laugh under the smiling sun (depending on the weather!)

Swindon Designer Outlet:

Treat yourself to designer clothes from well-known brands all housed at Swindon Designer Outlet, the beautifully renovated Grade II listed buildings of the Great Western Railway Works and is one of the largest covered designer outlets in Europe.
